Guidelines for abstract submission
Interested participants are invited to submit an abstract by 15 July 2024. These will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee of the conference. A maximum of 2 abstracts can be submitted by each presenter.
Registration (go to Register Here) is required to access the online submission system. However payment is not mandatory at this stage. Notification of acceptance will be given within 4 weeks after the submission date (or by 15 August 2024). Accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts after full payment of registration has been made (please make a payment by 15 October 2024).

Guidelines for abstract formatting
The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords) with a one-column and single line spacing format, and written in English using Times New Roman of 10-point font size. Tables graphs and figures are not allowed. Authors are encouraged to send an informative abstract that outlines the aim, scope, methods, results and conclusion of the research. Please do not cite references in the abstract. The authors also need to ensure that the abstract title and the authors’ details (full names, sequence of co-authors and affiliations) are correct since this information will be used to produce the Programme and Book of Abstracts of the conference.
Authors of the accepted abstracts can choose to participate in the SEE 2024 as presenting author with or without a full paper (full paper submission is optional).
Best Student Paper Awards:
(1) The abstract and the succeeding paper SHOULD be submitted by the STUDENT. The presentation MUST be done by the student. (2) Best student awards will be accorded to a well-written paper, mainly authored by the student. The paper submission deadline is: 30 September 2024.
